The new screen will be a green & yellow calendar. Select either the single date you wish to book / the first in a series of dates you wish to book.
As a NEW USER, complete name, telephone, email address and a password of your choice.
Continue.
On the next page, give details of the booking(s) you want to make and, having done that, click 'send'. The good thing about this system is that you can make as many repetitive bookings of any length in one easy manoeuvre.
Your enquiry will go straight to the site administrators, one of whom will promptly confirm.

Quality projection facilities, either hall or library, plus £3 per hour
A small room seating up to 20, library, £5.50 per hour
Kitchen and food preparation facilities, £4 per hour
Instant hot water for beverages A large hob and 2 ovens
A dishwasher and glasswasher Tables and seating up to 80
Matching crockery, glassware and tablecloths, for 80
Accessible toilet, parking and access
Hire of tables, chairs, crockery, glassware, cutlery (see equipment hire for prices)
There is a minimum charge of £5 for offsite hire
